# Organisational Conflict Declaration — Draft

The principal also co-founds a separate, stealth-stage technology company operating in agent
authorization. That relationship creates relevant subject-matter expertise and a potential
organisational conflict of interest.

The advisory practice therefore commits that engagement deliverables will state requirements,
evaluation criteria, control gaps, and evidence needs without recommending or soliciting an
affiliated product. Client advisory material will not enter the product company, its systems,
roadmap, training data, or sales activity. A client that reasonably requires the company identity
for diligence may receive it under NDA before contracting.

The signed agreement should give the client a termination right for concealed conflict, breach of
this data boundary, or product steering.
