Three questions before the calendar

An open booking link optimises for bookings. This optimises for the conversation being worth your thirty minutes — and sometimes the honest answer is that something else would serve you better first.

Three questions

So the call starts somewhere useful

These decide which of three doors is genuinely the best use of your time. The weights are published on this page, the logic is deterministic, and you can override the result. Nothing here is a filter on how senior you are.

What is your accountability here?

This decides which first question is worth your time — not whether you are senior enough.

Where are your agents right now?

An agent that only drafts text is a different problem from one that can move money.

What made this urgent this week?

A fear with a date attached is a different conversation from a general worry.

Why there is a form here

I am one person. A calendar anyone can fill is a calendar that fills with conversations neither side needed — and the cost of that lands on the people who did need one.

So three questions, scored openly, with the reasoning shown. If the answer is that a call is premature, you get told that rather than sold a call — and pointed at the thing that would actually help. All of it is free and none of it is gated.

The scoring, in full. Each question contributes up to three points. Six or more opens the calendar; three to five routes to the written teardown; below three routes to the diagnostic. Anyone who advises or sells into this market is routed to the published material regardless of score. You can override any outcome.

  • I advise or sell to organisations doing this0
  • Reading and learning, no live programme0

Where are your agents right now?

  • Live, and taking consequential actions3

What made this urgent this week?

  • An examination, audit or regulatory deadline3
  • An incident or a near-miss3
